HR Associate is responsible for supporting recruitment activities and related processes within the HR office
Recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timely posting of job ads through external media and company website.
- Screen job applications and conduct entrance examinations.
- Schedule job interviews and conduct reference checks on candidates.
- Conduct HR orientations and facilitate office tours for new hires.
- Prepare initial job offers, subject to Management approval.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management or related field
- At least 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably from an IT or BPO industry
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in handling sensitive information and communicating effectively with both managerial and associate levels
- Above average English communication skills
- Expert Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel
