Overview

As the PMO & Portfolio Analyst, you are at the operational core of the Brands Services program management office. You administer initiative intake, maintain the portfolio system of record, and produce the reporting and analysis that Brands Services leadership uses to make prioritization and resourcing decisions. You track dependencies, surface risks before they reach a milestone, and prepare the materials that make governance forums decision-ready. In this role, you are the person who knows the true status of every active initiative in the portfolio and can explain what it means.

At Rithum, all team members are expected to leverage AI to work smarter, accelerate decision-making, automate repeatable work, and improve outcomes. You are encouraged to continuously identify opportunities to apply AI, data, and scalable processes to enhance productivity, drive innovation, and deliver greater value for our clients, partners, and teams while maintaining appropriate judgment, quality, security, and compliance.

• Produce executive-ready analysis and KPI reporting that leads with the decision needed and the driver behind any variance

Initiative Tracking, Dependencies & Risk

• Maintain the initiative inventory of record (owners, success criteria, milestones, definition of done)
• Maintain the dependency register and risk/issue log, escalating against defined thresholds before milestones are at risk

Governance Preparation & Operating Cadence

• Run the operating cadence: prepare agendas, pre-reads, and status packets for governance forums, and capture/follow up on decisions and action items
• Maintain PMO templates and standards, and partner with initiative owners to keep portfolio data current and accurate
