Your Impact:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be the response for transforming complex organizational challenges into scalable analytical frameworks. You will lead high-impact initiatives that directly influence executive decision-making and long-term business trajectory. This role is for a visionary analyst who blends elite technical execution with the ability to mentor junior talent and champion a culture of data-informed intuition across the company. What You’ll Do:

Design and oversee the implementation of scalable data models and schemas; collaborate with Data Engineering to define the long-term evolution of the data platform.

Synthesize complex, multi-layered analyses into compelling narratives and recommendations for leadership.

Identify and scope high-value analytical projects that the business hasn't yet identified, moving the needle on core "North Star" metrics.
-
Lead the design and analysis of complex A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor and providing clear "go/no-go" recommendations.

Standardize analytical workflows, from SQL coding standards and peer-review processes to the automation of mission-critical reporting suites.

Act as a technical lead and mentor for Associate and Mid-level analysts, conducting code reviews and fostering professional growth within the team.
What You’ll Bring:

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
-
Experience with e-commerce and with specific experience of Shopify a plus!
-
Mastery of SQL including window functions and performance tuning; experience with modern data stack tools like dbt is a plus.
-
Proven track record of building executive-grade dashboard ecosystems in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker that drive organisational change.
-
Deep proficiency in Python for advanced statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and process automation.
-
Expert knowledge of probability, regression modeling, and causal inference to ensure all findings are grounded in mathematical truth.

Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex, multi-month projects involving multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
