Systems Engineer

Headquarters: Remote

Are you looking for a role where you're critical to every part of the business? Do you want to help ensure that our teams deliver software so that our analysts can deliver service to our customers? How about being a crucial part of making sure our internal teams operate efficiently?

You're not afraid of new technology. In fact, you love diving in and figuring out how it works. Whether it's a successful launch or a few bumps in the road, you're always up for a challenge. Balancing multiple projects at once is no easy feat, but when everything clicks into place, there's nothing quite like that sense of satisfaction.

The best part of the job? Seeing someone use a capability you've built and hearing them exclaim, "Wow, I can't believe how easy that was." You care about the success of your colleagues and take pride in helping them achieve it.

As a cloud-based IT organization, we're breaking the traditional mold and thinking creatively about how we can make the day-to-day life of our employees simple. We're always looking for innovative solutions, and we need someone with the wit and determination to help us achieve our goals.

In this role, you'll keep Expel's IT infrastructure and services secure and highly available, from our cloud platforms all the way down to the equipment in our conference rooms. You'll manage access across the employee lifecycle, own large cross-functional projects from beginning to end, and take manual work out of how we operate before anyone feels the friction. It's based onsite at our Herndon, Virginia headquarters, so you'll also be the person who makes sure the technology people walk up and touch works exactly like it should.

If you're up for the challenge, we want to hear from you!
